In this video you can see how I made custom mounting brackets to fit the 20" light bar into the existing hole in the front bumper. I also modified the light bar's wiring harness to turn on/off with the van's high beam head lights.
I consider this a 'budget mod' as it's something I was able to do without purchasing multiple accessories to install the light bar....get a light bar, make your own brackets and repurpose the light bar's wiring harness.
