When I first completed this task, I cried because I couldn't save everyone. Abigail's speech at the end was very touching, and I really felt sorry for her. Although the real ending is better because no one died. But in the sad ending, you empathize with the NPC better

I kept resetting before finishing the Commission because I felt like there was acway to save him. If there wasn't, they wouldn't give you the Sedative option. Turns out I just couldn't make any detours.

Happened to me. I cleared all trust event from the area (the ones with playable characters) in Lumina Square, then go to the next day, she's there.

The shadow bangboo didn't disappear. The fake paths the shadow disappears when you get close. How he knew though, was that he probably already did the quest beforehand.
