Need to put stuff on that wall/door so it looks more natural. Shelves or decorations or something. Right now it just looks horribly out of place in a block wall room. Would be ok if some taxidermy or plaques or trophies or something were on it. or even just shelves full of toilet paper and paper towels and water were on it.

Its a nice false wall, yet at the same time it looks unatural. In a stark room like this the warmth that the wood invites people to feel would give it away. It would however give the homeowner seconds if not minutes to be ahead of bad guys and get in that room, and that is often this difference between life and death. Good stuff.

THAT'S how it SHOULD be done. For any "safe room" for valuables/panic room". Having a traditional "box" safe out in the open are just invatations for theft and violence. What they can't see....Just need to make sure it's "safe" to close the safe door while you're inside. enough air ventilation. And possibly a "hidden exit" inside.

If each of them tell a friend about the cool secret safe room, it will spread through town. Most house robberies happen, in the summer, during the day, and by someone who knows you. This is why you don’t post you vacation videos on Facebook until you are back home.

Mine is being built as we speak I’m having 2 secret passages throughout the house an escape route and tunnels 6 monitors for my 16 cameras and other things which are confidential but this is a pretty nice setup tho hopefully y’all have some type of ventilation whether from the house or another system

@@tydavis2861 absolutly. if you cant feel safe in your own home then where can you feel safe and people get way to comfortable leaving there doors unlocked and thier windows open. when i buy my home my place is going to be a fortress. security cameras, armored door and windows, a panic room and a secret entrance to escape the house.
