Love how you show the non touristy side of Tokyo, I'll be heading there next month on my 3rd trip. Looking to try something different this time by going to places you've suggested in your videos. I've noticed most of these areas don't have English. Would it be difficult to get around/ordering food for someone that doesn't speak japanese?

This is my hometown favourite shopping street. My fave place to eat at with mom is at Ginza Hall. A Chinese / Japanese diner that goes back many many many years. Whenever I’m there for lunch I have their fried rice. The chef likes to shout when he cooks. So don’t be scared. For the Yakitori stand at the beginning of the street I usually order the chicken cartilage. Often riding the bike to do shopping here. My mom and grandmother have been going here since the 50’s . Sadly it’s not as busy back 20 years ago when Jusco opened up (now Aeon) and some other malls opened nearby . So it’s always nostalgic whenever I come here to shop for fish or takeout / flowers.

omg! That goma dango looks like the best one out there! Have to go to that one. I'm going next month, but I did see you said this place is 50 mins from Shibuya. We're gonna stay in Shibuya - but: are there anywhere else to find this piece of goma dango heaven closer to Shibuya? Also: the soydonuts: Captain in Shimo I looove - and it seems to be the same one as the one in Ogikubo by the station which is my favorite. Also there is Hara donuts which I looove also, and then I also went to Nico in Azabu which was a bit too sweet compared to the othr soy donut places (the very few there is). But - I haven't been able to find any soy donuts in Shibuya - and to be honest. I WANT THEM EVERY DAY! Paolo san - do you know of any soy donut places in Shibuya? loveloveloveem- love your Channel btw!
