Hi Nastya, I hope you feel better! I pass this on only because the same started happening to me (spinning room or similar to that sensation) and I was told to stop Calcium supplements, and any antacids that are high in Calcium (here in the US they are called Tums), and to stop dairy products (Milk, cheese, yogurt, kefir) for a few weeks, to see if after a few weeks, the sensation of head spinning goes away. It did go away for me after I stopped the Calcium supplements. If it does go away, it has to do with Calcium deposits in the inner ear that can accumulate and give this sensation. If the spinning sensation goes away for good, then you know the Calcium supplements are too much, and dairy products can be reintroduced, just watch the amount that you eat. I can't post the link, otherwise, my comment disappears, I don't know why. You can look up Dr. Eric Berg on KZbin and in the search bar type "Dr Eric Berg, too much calcium inner ear" and you should see videos that he has done on this very topic. Also, as you have spoken yourself and know about, a keto-type diet is good for overall better health (no sugar - use monk fruit for sweetening, and small amount of carbs). Blessings to you Nastaya, may the Most High always protect you and your family, in the Name of Christ Jesus! I truly enjoy your videos and learning about life in Russia, a beautiful land and people! ♥

You know Nastya, when I was little someone told me the story of the Trans-Siberian Railway, and since then Russia has become my personal and beautiful obsession. I would like to do the whole trip and get to Vladivostok, it's one of my dreams. I bought my son a beautiful book written by two Russian authors entitled "Trans-Siberian, all aboard" but for the moment I like it more than him 😅 Hugs from Italy

What is common with many of «these kinds » of health problems, is that they come when a person is in very stressful times. You have had a lot on your plate lately, you know. So besides listen to your doctor, you should focus on stressing down, as you already do 😊 But it takes time calming a body down, when it has been stressed and worried over a long period.

You are so right. I know that the stopped-up ears, pressure in the head, and dizziness sometimes happens when the weather changes, especially when the pollen is very high. I agree that listening to your doctor and your body will heal healing after major stressful situations.

Hello Nasty😊. Take good care of yourself. Hope you'll recover soon with help from the neurologist. I have the same problems. Stress and anxiety are aggravating factors. Always keep your neck warm. Perhaps you might try a cushion with cherry pits, warming pads or any other warming device to relieve tension in your neck. It really helps. Thanks for your video. Nice discovery of the area 😊. 12 degrees is low in September. That's the reality in Siberia, we can hear the wind blowing. Take very good care. ❤❤

I loved those old houses! Thanks for entering, it was great to have a glimpse inside! Pity they are just a hostel, would be great if they were properly renovated, sureounded by a little park, and inside something like a high end restaurant. The train station is beautiful - the general vibe is exactly like in Poland, if I would have landed there accidentaly, I would have thought I was in Poland:) but between the two cafes that you presented, was that a little playground? That would be such a fantastic idea!!! I also loved how well this random guy played piano!!!
