Nice video. Brings me back to the SF4 days when I was still new. Stuff got really advanced and the reaction and timings were strict, but it was so interesting and satisfying to pull off. I know most of this tech since I'm a longtime player by now, but your pace might be just a tad fast for people who are actually still learning. Guess they can always pause, replay or slow the playback speed though.

The buffing info is real eye opening seeing it explained concisely. On another note I've been dropping so many early drive cancels because I was holding down imput during the parry input which will not allow the cancel so buffing should help this.

How do you practice this in settings, idk how to use any of the recordings

Delay tech you can set under the reversal settings. On block, wake up, or on hit. Whichever you want to test. To put the delay I put like 5-8 frames. If you wanna test you doing a delay tech go into the dummy recording, pick a slot, then record the dummy doing a throw loop. Go back into the dummy recording settings and play that slot. Maybe I gotta make video on the training room
