The gun detail for dying light was pretty cool, however I think if I remember correctly if you turn around the people will actually use the opportunity to attack you.

In the case of ringing the bell in Left 4 Dead 2, knocking the bell off the game will attract a horde of zombies, just like shooting a car.

Pyrovision was a good gimmick but it unfortunately only exists on a select handful of maps as Valve has never added more, making the goggles useless. Another cosmetic hidden detail is with a Genuine Pipboy for Engineer, it'll replace the construction screen with a Fallout-themed one (complete with Engi Pipboy). It was for the release of New Vegas back when Valve did game deals, but you can get the Pipboy for very cheap on the Steam marketplace.

I love the pipboy for that reason. Also by cheap its really cheap, a genuine quality pipboy runs you back about 2.50 USD

Also with the l4d detail if you play as the tank you can break it and it summons a horde may not be cool but is fun to do

I've seen a few easter eggs in the game Dysmantle. One of which I'm pretty sure was a reference to FFVII with it being a "Warrior's Grave" and it was a huge sword in the ground on a cliff's edge. I know that kind of thing is used as graves for warriors anyway but it seemed to fit for it being near a cliff and it being massive. I noticed a few others but I can't seem to remember them. One of them I think was a reference when levelling up.

In Exoprimal there's a Dance called "jump for joy" which is a reference to the Cactuar from Final Fantasy

In the game I Am Alive you can make people surrender with an empty gun too, but if you pull the trigger, they'll hear the click and know it's empty and then attack.

Hello Captain. In Saints Row (2022) when you shoot rockets in a jet or just cause an explosion a long ways away, you will see the explosion before you hear it. It’s a nice detail that many games overlook

Talking of the gun detail in dying light, there was a game on 360 called I am alive where one of the mechanics involved using a gun in the same manner, but they would attack if you let on in anyway the gun was empty

One thing i noticed was in resident evil 4 remake is that when you play as hunk in the mercenaries game mode the music that plays is a remake of looming dread from resident evil 2 4th survivor game mode

Pyro vision also works if you have a set of weapons for the pyro i stead of the googels

You miss one detail in TF2 and that is when you are wearing the pyrovision goggles, that gets hurt or give out a death cry will turn into laughters

did you know that in left 4 dead 2 on the carnival level you can skip having to fight all of the zombies on the rollercoaster by climbing the side of it and then turning on the alarm to trigger the safe room door?

Another cool detail in L4D2 is with the Jukebox, one of the songs (Re:Your Brains) will ALWAYS spawn a horde when reaching the first chorus.

In GTA 5 a hidden detail I dont think you've covered is that if it rains in game the rain that accumulates on the road disappears but the time it takes to disappear depends on the time in game. During the day takes about 50 mins in game but if it rains at night itll take about 5 hours to fully disappear since the sun is no longer out

little easter egg/ hidden detail in six seige: on the house map if you enter the pink room and break or shatter a mirror, you can see that the room is destroyed in the fragments and shards of the mirror, however when oyu look back the room is completely fine

The detail of Dying light seem to remind of a xbla game “I Am Alive” by ubisoft. In fact, it’s a feature in that game to take on multiple opponents.

Your detail in Dying Light about the enemies surrendering despite your gun not having bullets. The same detail can be seen in the game Alive. But unlike Dying Light, if you pull the trigger and it doesn't fire, the enemies will hear this and then attack you, since you're basically just bluffing.

Theres 2 little Easter egg/detail or something like that, in that turnip boy tax evasion game, 1. Was the ambient music outside, you could hear nuclear bomb sirens which is like a hint to the game's story 2. In one part of a level somewhere I don't remember where, there is a undetonated nuke in a basement, you you hit it with your weapon a few times something happens

Got another detail for the Pyrovision. There a few weapons that appear different for the Pyro depending on you have the goggles equipped. The Rainblower and Lolichop are a flamethrower and axe that look like a brass instrument and giant lollipop for those who have Pyrovision on and the stalk weapons if they don't.

A nice little detail in genshin impact: The new update allows us to dive in the new region. You can equip pets and all of them vanish underwater despite the waterpet. Simple but kinda nice detail.

Have you played Turbo Overkill? It is a really fun game! I know this isn't a hidden detail, but while I was playing, I found a dope fish in a fish tank in the open season level, it is right in front of you when you enter what I think was a movie theater. Not super hidden, but a fun little reference. 😁

I found out and I’m really slow to the games edition to not playing the game for a bit and what happens. In mlb the show 19 if I’ve only done this is the situations area. Where you play different games. If you are pitching and you don’t do anything for a bit your outfielders will stand around and talk to eachother or the batter and catcher will do things . Thought it was a good addition to the player not playing.
