We've been building our homestead for over 3 years now and thought it's time to share an in depth summary of everything we've done so far. This is unbelievable!! I'm a kid, but my dream is to have a homestead when I am older. Since I can't do it now, I'm trying to learn all that I can about livestock, gardening, and building. That chicken coop/gazebo is beautiful, and so is everything else!

@haiderAli-wy9bd I’d consider raising pigs for meat in the future but these are Juliana pot bellied pigs and are very small and slow growing by the time you get them big it would have cost too much to feed. I sell the babies as pets.

WOW-WOW-WOW. Love what you and the Mrs. have done. Great garden. My Grandma and Mom always used rabbit waste in the garden. A hand full of rabbit poop in the hole when planting always produced great peppers and tomatoes. We used to have giant garlic too. Oh those were the days. Oh and aren't baby piglets the cutest. It's a great way to live, very rewarding. That's a very in depth question to answer though. quick version is that we planned and saved for many years prior to making it happen, we have a mortgage on the property and have been building it up for a these past few years. Cost would depend on your area though.
