We stayed two weeks at Pali Ke Kua in Sept. and there is a paved path there that leads down to the beach...We could see Hideaways from the bluff...The photos you show from overview and music are beautiful.

2forMaui is the Pali Ke Kua path easier than the trail?? That trail is a killer!!!!!

@mugdrums Frankly, we found the surf easier to deal with than at Tunnels and even Ke'e which are supposed to be best for snorkelling. The current drifts to the left and it tends to be murky near shore, but a few yards out it gets clear, especially when the sun is out.

Just came back from staying in the Pua Poa condos, which was great. Too bad the surf was up the whole time and you couldn't walk between the beaches two sides. And yeah, that pathway is steep, and tricky when it's been raining, which was often.

This beach pretty property,, was stolen when the hurricane created new property boundaries. I was boat captain here for Club med. 1975., so,I know that property was abandoned here by hotels nearby, because of the hurricane, Iniki.
