I really enjoy the day in the life videos I wake up and watch them first thing to get motivated again struggling since my car accident. Can you tell me what almond powder it was that you put into your oatmeal? Thank you for taking the time out of your day to share a part of your life with us I need this more than you know Hidetada. I was in a wheel chair this time last year and never thought I would walk again I lost so much muscle and gained so much fat sitting around. I met you several times at Golds Venice when I would drive down to train there and you have always been such a nice guy.
