play by your rules, if you guys don't catch it before like 6 tasks or something the bad guy wins, since it's being impossible to finish everything when there's only one criminal.

Yeh this game works far better with 1 sheriff 2 outlaws or equal sheriffs and outlaws. Its nearly impossible for 1 outlaw to win by tasks, only by sherifs misfiring civilians, and since there are 2 sherifs, they dont have the time pressure they would normally have.
