Today I went to Homedepot in Kona, Hawaii…we were in the tools department asking for a metal file…two clerks had no idea what a metal file was..looking up thier phone and said aisle 18…we were in aisle 18..and walk away.. Tool world employees DONOT know what a metal file was? …

Put in an online order last night at Big Orange. The reason people do that is so they can have their stuff ready first thing, in order to use it in the day's work. 11:30, and these fools still did not have my order ready. So I called. They started asking me 20 questions...wanted my name, my phone number, my email address, my blood type...I cut that short about halfway through. I said "The first thing I told you was that I have an order number for you. I did not call you to take a damned quiz, on top of the initial problem." Hehehe...this little Gen Z kid said to me "I don't appreciate your language." I wish I were kidding. So I responded "what, 'damn?' Now you are my Nun? Why don't you go f__k your mother then, kid? How's my language now?" After that, I cancelled the order and put it in at Lowes. They had it ready in 10 minutes. If they hadn't, I would have just bought it from Amazon. I mean, if I am going to have my whole day wasted anyway, why drive anywhere? These little bubble wrapped, participation trophy kids have been ill prepared for life. They grew up believing that they get to lecture customers about their chosen vernacular, in order to force their customers to make THEM comfortable. Bye bye Big Orange.

So I lost my crap on a employee today and I am very sorry about that it is not his fault Home Depot only wants to have self check outs open I don't care if I have to pay more to have a person to ring me out I will not work for you. As it stands right now you have to pick you can pay someone to ring me out or pay someone to put it away this goes for every store.
