I’ve been experiencing increased acne over the past few months as well! Similarly to you, I’ve always had clear skin and this has been a major change, especially where they leave marks! I was wondering for myself am I going through a hormone shift as I’m getting closer to my 30s 🤔 but I like your product recommendations and routine!

Coldpressed Castor Oil every night, and I started using it in the morning too (after washing). I’ve been doing this for months (like over 5), I now see how much smoother & a bit more even my face looks. I don’t wear sunscreen either. Your acne may be hormonal or a reaction to diet. I know my body has definitely changed over the years but I try to stick to natural stuff, so wanted to share. I’m so happy you are seeing progress though and that you feel more confident again!! I feel like when we start putting a bunch of chemicals on our face/body, it throws it off at a cellular level. That’s the goal of these companies- to have people dependent on their products and “treatments”.

Yes the castor oil really clears the skin, but when I used it on spots I also got pimples

And if you have acne scars YOU MUST use a sunscreen and a wide brim hat to prevent the marks from getting darker. STOP spreading ignorance

Girl this happened to me. I was super against oral prescription but it’s the only thing that’s really worked for me. I am taking it less and less though.

Yess I get them too especially around my cycle the ones I get hurt really bad but I found prayer shoutout to Jesus Christ and using the ordinary aha bhas or good molecules overnight exfoliating treatment makes them disappear overnight that and ease all the pain

Prayer is the ultimate cure 😭🙌🏾 but omg thank you for these recommendations! I actually have that good molecules product but I haven’t used it yet. I will definitely be trying!
