Put the rice in fridge overnight, the rice will turn to resistance starch, which will lower the sugar content. Same case happens on oatmeal.

I have been a fan for years! Thank you for your Health videos & expert advice from professionals. I have been eating eggs & bacon in the morning sometimes with rice or brown bread for decades. My lunch is normal & not too much while my dinner (when not invited outside) is usually soup & a small sandwich. I eat a piece of dark chocolate around 10.30 pm & I sleep around midnight or around 1am. I don’t think I have diabetes as I do not have any of the symptoms described in the video. I have not gained weight since I was 60 & I am 75 now.

My first impression with Dr Yang is like Teresa Deng, my all time favorite singer. She is so beautiful and so pleasant voice at TVB family half hour daily show.
