Great explanation. I've been looking for something like this for a while. I have a question/doubt here though.. Why at 17:13, Jane doesn't see Nick and Lydia's opportunities? At 16:49 it says Jane should, according to the Position Hierarchy. Am I missing something here?

Thanks, this was very good, even though I still do not understand the how this is different from Business unit security access? and also I failed to see the difference between Manager or Position hierarchy, as it is seems doing the same just changing names of grouping

Hi Ponnamaneni, A user in a lower position can see records of a user in a higher position if their security role allows them to do so either using Business Unit, Parent: Child Business Units or Organization.
