Higer KLQ6125GEV3 bus

ב 21/01/2022 בוצע רה ארגון של קווי האוטובוס הפנימיים באשדוד. במסגרת הרה ארגון נפתחה מערכת BRT חדשה בת שני קווים הנקראת "אשדוד מטרו בס". אחד משני הקווים במערכת הינו קו קיים שהוסב לכזה (10) והשני קו חדש (1). אמנם לא BRT סגור כמו המטרונית בחיפה אך BRT פתוח עקב קווים אחרים שחולקים את אותם הנת"צים ובמקטעים קצרים אין נת"צים כלל וזה משפיע על מהירות הנסיעה בכל אחד משני הקווים.
עבור שני הקווים נרכשו מספר אוטובוסים חשמליים תוצרת הייגר ואנקאי הסיניות.

On 21/01/2022 a reorganization of the intracity bus routes in Ashdod had been done. As part of the reorganization a new two route new BRT system called "Ashdod Metro Bus" has been launched. One existing route that was converted to a BRT route (10) and a brand new route (1). This BRT system is a open BRT system as other routes share the same bus lanes and on few sections there is no bus lane at all and this affects the journey time on both routes.
For these two routes some Higer and Ankai electric buses has been purchased.
