I read an interview with moehringer in the NY press after the publication of waaaagh where he states he discussed the NGN case with harry and he knew about the ‘hacking’ more than 6 years before he made his claim. I am not making excuses for Harry- he is a piece of work. But is he capable of understanding the technicalities and having the skills to carry out the actions alleged? This goes beyond his XBox knowledge. Harry is being handled and manipulated and if that appears to The Court to be the case , those responsible should also be called as witnesses.
