Held accountable for substantial losses, Dr Goh’s lack of oversight led to US$156 million in claims, including US$146 million from cargo trading.

Sg insists that there must be at least a local Sg person being a director of any company. Guess what, there has been a thriving industry of “ local Sg directors “ available for a fee. These local Sg directors just sleep walk their way through everything they don’t know nor care about the company. This Dr GOH is not unique at all.
