ಕಾಫಿ ತೋಟದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಬೆಲೆಬಾಳುವ ಮರಗಳನ್ನ ಕಡಿದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಜಡ್ಜ್ ತೀವ್ರ ತರಾಟೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬೆಲ ಬಾಳುವ 90 ಸಿಲ್ವರ್ ಓಕ್ಸ್ ಮರಗಳನ್ನ ಕಡಿದಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಟ್ಟಾದ ಜಡ್ಜ್ 10 ಲಕ್ಷ ಫೈನ್ ಕಟ್ಟಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ತಪ್ಪಿದರೆ ಜೈಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ವೇಳೆ ಮರಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಡ್ಜ್ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಪಾರ ಜ್ಞಾನ ತೋರಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
