High efficiency crochet knitting machine for a wide range of elastic and rigid narrow fabrics.
COMEZ 609/B8 is built with a modular system that allows application in an easy way of a great number of devices that only COMEZ offers, completing the basic machine and giving it a very high versatility.
The machine is fitted with 8 weft bars controlled by chain links. As an alternative, two bars can be driven by the weft device, controlled by eccentrics and 2 levers, allowing for steady weft movements of up to 50 mm.
The chain is composed of links with involute profile, which guarantee high operating speeds, reduce the noise emission levels and limit considerably the vibrations of the machine.

Macchina a crochet ad alta efficienza per la produzione di una vasta gamma di tessuti stretti, sia rigidi che elastici. COMEZ 609/B8 è costruita con sistema modulare che consente di applicare facilmente un gran numero di dispositivi che solo COMEZ mette a disposizione, completando ed integrando la macchina base, e rendendola estremamente versatile.
Nella progettazione di questa macchina si è tenuto conto della praticità d'impiego e dell'accessibilità, per fare sì che gli interventi per regolazioni e manutenzione siano facilitati. È munita di 8 barre di trama comandate da catena glider. In alternativa alla catena, due barre possono essere azionate dal
tramatore ad eccentrici a 2 leve per spostamenti costanti fino a 50 mm.
La catena è composta da glider a profilo evolvente, che consentono alte velocità, riducendo il livello di rumorosità e limitando sensibilmente le vibrazioni della macchina.
