Wow Sim Builders are stepping up the game too high, EA builds can't relate.

EA staff has massive restrictions on what they can officially release as Sims builds. They are not allowed to use moveobjects or any other sims cheat for example, they are not allowed to resize objects or place/build things in any way that a new player would not also think of doing. they can only use x amount of items per room with a total of x items per field on a slot. and quite a few more restrictions. I've seen a build a while ago that a EA Sims4 staff had done for himself (not on a youtube channel, was a video on reddit but i cant seem to find it anymore) and it fucking blew my mind.

I started with the original Sims; been playing ever since. I honestly think this is the best house I've ever seen. Now I only have one problem. Coming up with enough sims to live in it. I'm like 'OK, couple and a butler but I still have six more bed rooms!' and this house deserves to be full. Absolutely amazing build.

Thank you! I'm glad you liked 3:25 as I've been testing with different ways for presenting terrain work in my speed build videos. All of my videos are a bit different, since I've learned quite a lot on the way (at first even simple tours videos were difficult to make 😅). I'm happy that you like the little tutorial section as well. I started implementing these a few videos back and I plan on continuing to do so as long as there are some tricks to show. 😊 I put these towards the end of the video, so it's easy to skip if one is not interested in them.

I think that every builder has had the box house phase. Only practice makes better. I'd recommend watching real life floor plans and photos of houses and rooms for inspiration. Or try following some speed build of a house you like, but don't be afraid to make changes. There are also some nice building tutorials out there. I'm sure you'll get out of the "box phase" in no time! 😊 💖

I just found your channel, when I saw your build I was thinking about what he/she will do with all those rooms, then my mind just blown away! I love the way you put a glass in front of the wine rack thingy, I never thought that kind of thing before. the pool bar also really amazing, the walking closet in the master bedroom is gorgeous. The bowling room and the movie room are amazing too. the entrance to the house is beautiful, GOD everything is so well thought and well design. but the most amazing thing is the money vault in the master bedroom that hidden by a bookcase door and two-way mirror!
