I have to start by saying that this restaurant offers eight ways to enjoy duck, although realistically, a duck can only offer six. Please forgive the limited quantity of duck meat. I'm incredibly grateful to the generous owners who allowed me to upgrade to all eight options! After all, it's essential to showcase all eight ways, but I urge the audience not to actually order all eight; the restaurant can't manage it!
A single duck offering eight ways to enjoy it is truly impressive. Here are the ones I tried:
1. Sliced Duck: The skin is incredibly crispy, and the meat is juicy. This is probably the best way to enjoy duck.
2. Soy-Glazed Duck Frame: Not the traditional stir-fried duck frame I expected, but the sauce with the duck meat was delicious and flavorful.
3. Three-Cup Duck Frame: Cooked with ginger and basil, it's a homey dish that reminds me of my mom's cooking.
4. Salted Crispy Duck Frame: Highly recommended! Not dry at all, and as someone once said, it doesn't taste like duck, which is a compliment. It's reminiscent of street-style salted crispy chicken, especially with the pepper powder.
5. Duck Shreds with Bean Sprouts: I don't often eat bean sprouts, but this dish felt healthy, refreshing, and delightful.
6. Duck Floss with Lettuce: Similar to the Korean-style lettuce wraps, the lettuce was crisp and fresh, pairing well with the duck.
7. Duck Fat Scrambled Eggs: The eggs were incredibly tender, with that silky smooth texture of scrambled eggs.
8. Sour Vegetable Duck Frame Soup: This soup is definitely the MVP! It includes my favorite ingredients like vermicelli and sour vegetables. The broth must have been simmered for hours to achieve its freshness and sweetness.
As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I could sense the professionalism of every staff member. The front-of-house staff were warm and welcoming, while the kitchen staff were diligent and focused. Each one of them was dedicated to their job, and the customer was truly treated as king. Dining here was incredibly comfortable and relaxing.

find a video on Peking duck. i have yet to find Chinese cuisine comparable to Hong Kong or China in Taiwan. i visit Taiwan at least twice a year since the 90's.

看到片頭從肛門挖出東西讓我想到....灌水 灌水是以前賣鴨肉攤販偷斤減兩的招式~就是從肛門灌水 灌水之後用手指往肛門一按...水就不會跑出來了 五斤重的鴨子放完水剩下三斤半..... 不好意思~我家以前是賣雞鴨的(從我有記憶時就沒賣了) 那時有賣給岡山空軍官校的廚房~就是那樣幹(聽家裡長輩說的) 至於為何沒再賣???那是另一個故事了

@@mmss456do2 確實是這樣,學越多越要謙虛,每個人都有技能,結果社會上充斥一堆半桶水就想當老師的假專家,我做美食影片看太多了,毫無常識連什麼是PP都不知道的來說店家使用塑膠桶...... 即使是身分地位比較低的,也有很多高階層值得學習的地方,有些人也只是沒有資源念書...我就不懂一堆人瞧不起誰誰誰的,幹嘛呢? 所以我很支持你的說法

恩,其實我事前都有給他們店家手冊,但不見得每個店家都會注意,手上一定不能有戒指手環這些,手錶我是還能接受,不碰到食物的話,頭髮的部分應該要戴帽子的... 很感謝你的建議,我覺得如果是路邊攤就無所謂,不過高級餐廳條件肯定要比較嚴苛,我會請老闆加強的,謝謝你呀!!!

This is how a typical Peking duck dinner go - in the context of just the duck (i.e. excluding appetizers): 1: Pancake course: Carve duck in front of diners - server the skins & meat with pancakes 2. additional meat still left on the bones from #1 - pull the meat off and make a stir-fry with some kind of veg. 3. whatever is left (bones) is made into a soup. that's all shown in the video

Takes forever and you starve to death while they play with your food. If you are not dead by then they just keep feeding you duck fragments until you are killed by it and eaten yourself. You'll choke on a sharp bird bone and be gone.

@@ИванПетров-е4ш1ц кстати у них правильные утки. А у нас выращивают не так. У наших уток жира 3-4 см.Мяса 1см. Кушать по сути нечего. У них правильный откорм. Надо отдать им должное. Я бы погрыз косточки, но зубов своих уже нема. Только мякоть и кашка в моем рационе.
