My new go-to high fibre bread. I live in Canada, so don't remember seeing hazelnut yogurt unfortunately. Never mind. It tastes great and is just like newly baked on the second day in terms of maintaining its moisture. I use no fat 0% yogurt. Thank you!!! Love to hear the lilting voices from Ireland as well.

Honey actually helps the fermentation when mixed with curd and creates the yeast required for bread.

Honey is god bread also not just cakes but use brown sugar if u wish
