Watching from southern Indiana, about 35 miles north of Louisville KY. I watch everyday with my fingers crossed, waiting on that big snow! We've had a dusting twice now this season but I'm still anxiously awaiting the big one!!

Watching from just north of Toronto. Thanks for keeping an eye on us. It’s about 21 degrees at 0830 ET. Strong flurries at the moment with minimal accumulation at this time, but more may be on the way. Appreciate your videos. I try to watch every day. I’m glad you pay so much attention to snow fall.

Those folks in the heaviest lake effect snow areas that still haven't removed the snowpack from rooftops better get it off ASAP! Because with the little warm-up coming and night time temps dipping back there is gonna be a lot of ICE buildup that can easily collapse structures.

Good morning! The thumb of Michigan is cold and blustery with some light snow coming our way..brrrrr!! Michigan pronunciation of Sault Ste. Marie is "Sue Saint Marie" Don't feel bad about pronunciation...I have to double think on many places around the Great Lakes...we have a past of many nationalities when Michigan was established.

Why is Sault Ste. Marie called the soo? Hundreds of years ago, this slowed shipping traffic, requiring an overland portage of boats and cargo from one lake to the other. The entire name translates to 'Saint Mary's Rapids' or 'Saint Mary's Falls'. The word sault is pronounced [so] in French, and /suː/ in the English pronunciation of the city name.

Hello from Ontario, Canada!!!!! Just an FYI for the future. The easiest way to pronounce Sault Ste Marie is (Sue Saint Marie). Hope that helps. Love the channel and the content. Not many people remember to include the weather for Canadians.

Just a little correction. The snow line in CT is actually I 84 that runs southwest Ct to North east/central CT to the Mass Pike which is I 90. The I 95 corridor is south on the shoreline of the state. Recent subscriber and former Charlotte resident.
