@@aeoteroa818 no matter what level you are i feel like it’s better to face people that are a higher level. it makes it so your always improving and trying to get better. i have that mindset for any game really. that’s just my opinion though.

Great duels man! I got into this game maybe a little over 2 months ago and I’m nearing the mid 300’s already. It’s so addicting. I’ve always been a halo 2/3 sweat for the longest time. But going to a game like this that’s COMPLETELY different has been such a nice change. Tons of skill involved, and I love how you can do all these different swing manipulations. I got like 8 of my friends to play this game regularly now too haha

high level means nothing ive seen level 15s 3rd day playing the game deleting lvl 100-900 so its just based on the persons knowledge of the combat system (and no they were not smurfs) I myself picked this game up pretty easily and was beating really high levels pretty early on (albeit with some mistakes but i was still doing better every fight) Its just based on how fast a person can learn from their mistakes and the motivation to honestly learn it. And im in no way saying that there arent any good high level players obv ive had my fare share of getting spat on by a high level so please dont start arguing with me I wont reply and if you dont agree with me on this than I couldnt care less to me and a lot of people i talked to in game say the same so this is just me expressing the truth as i know it. There’s exceptions to any rule, but if you have a legit noob and a legit sweat and they mirror match so no one has any weapon advantage, the noob is not winning, jumping people in TO is not dueling. Also chiv is completely rampant with smurfs, but usually when I see high level players lose to noobs it’s because they get gambled over and over by someone who has a fast weapon and doesn’t respect initiative. Always crazy to see how different a game Chivalry is for different people. Even on 20 ping, if I try to counter when the tutorial says I should, I get hit. Meanwhile, some people get to counter with a weapon basically in their skull.

And then you have to pre counter to compensate for the latency resulting in feinted heavy drags being your bane.

Played with you a few times doing team objective. It was super enjoyable, you were top of the scoreboard every game 😂 kudos on the duels! I feel like if I can chain 4-5 counters or even a few counter feints I know I’m on the right track.

lmao this game still has many different people playing it, I just started learning it a couple months ago and I’ve been enjoying myself since it started, the player count is in the 1,000s tho and you’ll mostly see the same people in duel servers sometimes but the regular 64 mode has many different players playing everyday

It all depends on the level of investment people have made into learning the game in those levels, there’s def some monster level 600s, and there’s plenty of terrible level 1000s I know a few😂😂 but most 1000s usually are very good.

Chivalry 1’s duelling was way harder than this. No holding the block button. Delayed swings, hurried swings, feints and reverse overheads. I truly hate how theyve changed the combat

@@Rob526 We still play chivalry 1 and hold events, Though its no where near what it once's used to be it still somewhat active. Nordhau has gotten way worse since the last few patches and became a spamming mess, Guess crush dint like that he just couldn't screw up all the time, So he basically removed the consequences of bad plays. Waiting for the devs to give us modding access, Chivalry 1 vanilla is bad to, Trade hits and such's though we brought out mods which made it far more playable, Like mercs mod and comp mod. Definitely can make chivalry 2 better by balancing out some things that is if we actually will get a sdk.
