I play that version and bonus deuces. Ace jack/10 suited king/suited are a struggle. Close in pseudo but not fpdw. Wonder if the gamble is worth it to hold? Those penalty cards trip you up.

15:9 DW is called Ugly Ducks. 16:10 is NSUDs. Full pay DWs pays 25 for 4 of a kind. FPDW very rare now but you can find low denomination versions in Vegas.

That's why it's so hard to get a RF in DW. You have to throw away high suited high cards.

You don't hold 2 pair in deuces wild. Unless you're playing ultimate X, but even that's a stretch. You also don't give up 3oak for a straight flush draw. The name of the game is quads/4oak.

No for me and I’ve played at 40 casinos. Andrew plays a lot of $1 games with 5-50 coin options so that covers all the bases.

I don't know why you keep drawing to two pair, you catch full house once in a great while, i think drawing 3 cars to a pair is much better! That's just me

Two pair is the correct hold. Full house and quads pay the same in DW44. You have 8 outs to complete a full house and you don't drop a pair because you'll likely get another two pair which pays nothing, three of a kind which pays less, or MAYBE get quads at a much lower chance than completing the full house for the same payout. Tiny chance at 5 of a kind is not enough of a reason to drop a pair.
