Mere 40000 ka maintaince order huva. Mere advocate NE mare Taraf s koi Avidence Hi nahi Rakha. Mera business Bhi order hone S3 pehle bandh ho gaya tha or wife ko class 2 ME job Bhi MIL gaya tha. Is liye apne case me hame khud hi bhajiya dhyan Dena hoga. Koi Bhi advocate case Par 100% effort nahi Karege jab tak ham khud seriously involve nahi hote

My brother agar lower court se order hua hai to session Cort me uski apil ya revision daal do ...biwi ko 40k na dekar advocate ko 1k extra do or usme stay ya trail on krdo or jitna khichte bne utna khicho case ko ....agar dena bhi pade 1 month do dusre mahine 500 rs+300 rs +1000 rs aise wife ko payment kro ...na dena gunah h kisto me dena koi gunah nhi hai ...gud luck ..❤

@@yuvrajbari4626 kerla highcourt ka judgement hai application dismiss nahi hogi.. but koi to crpc ka section hoga like 309 crpc ya whatever jisme we can file application so wo ek record me rahe hai. Further High court jaane ki naubat aaye to apne paas kuch to ho. In written.
