How high is high potassium? My blood sugar level came at 5 but my dr reassured me it was fine and I have no idea how to stop it from going higher! I am concerned!

Are you asking about blood sugar or potassium? For potassium: ncluding those in your heart. Your blood potassium level is normally 3.6 to 5.2 millimoles per liter (mmol/L). Having a blood potassium level higher than 6.0 mmol/L can be dangerous and usually requires immediate treatment

This is not a joke. I lost my dad to this a week ago, he had kidney desease and he was hallucinating so we took him to the hospital and they did an emergency dialysis and he survived that but got a heart attack after…
