I honestly have no idea how anyone could miss the list you put in the video. I mean, it only sat there the entire time you were cooking your meal, lol. Haven't seen you cook shrimp that often, so this video was a nice surprise.

Hey Michael, I'm not sure if you've done a video on intermittent fasting but what are your thoughts on it? Like the 16 hour fast 8 hour eating window where you eat all your macros for the day? Hey man I know im not michael but im currently doing IF. I have been on IF for about two months and let me tell you it is great. I am currently cutting and I have time to go to the gym before work but I dont have time to do cardio. So I have been losing about 2-4 lbs of fat every month with nno cardio and IF (i eat very clean with a cheat meal once a week). Idk if that help but if you want more tips and thoughts on IF let me know. From my experience it works... and it works great.

Mhmmmm shrimp, it's the fruit of the sea! I like to eat mine barbecued, boiled, baked, sauteed, kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo, pan fried, deep fried, stir fried, with pineapple, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp in potatoes, shrimp burger, and shrimp sandwich. That's about it, all the ways I like to eat shrimp.

Go to the KZbin homepage & on the left hand side where your subscription list is at, scroll down where it says 'Manage Subscriptions.' Once you're there search for this channel and make sure 'Show only uploads in feed' is checked. That insures that you'll be getting only uploads... You should do this to everyone else your subscribed to. Hope that helps.

hey michael i have several questions. First is whey protein and muscle milk the same? is one better? Second, I wanted to know what are "healthy or good" fats? I hear this a lot from people. And last, I wanted to know why a lot of people say "having a protein bar is like having a candy bar" is this true? and how would you go about in distinguishing a good or a bad protein bar? Please help me with understanding! Thanks Michael!

Not sure, but Michael said that he wouldn't like it because he prefers to be full throughout the day;) In my opinion IF is fantastic for bulking and cutting. You just have to try it for some time and see how your body responds to fasted workouts;)

Hi Michael, GREAT CHANNEL, I love the hodgetwins but having someone come up with meal ideas to go with bodybuilding is superb. I just wanted to ask how long you've been training for? I've been training for about 3 years now but only really in the last 9 months or so have I really got my training and diet in order and seeing all kinds of gains :P. And a final question. Can you do a video on cutting, how high a caloric deficit is ideal and at what point will you lose muscle.... PEACE!
@PeteMercerFitness11 жыл бұрын
Nice little recipe. It's great to see substantial meals you can cook quickly. I wonder how many people you've panicked showing pre-cooked rice lol. Gotta watch those preservatives don't absorb all your gains Michael, it's a risky business!
