This is a simulation of an in-hospital pediatric (intensive care) resuscitation with a 5-member team. This demonstrates the benefits of high-quality CPR, CPR quality monitoring, and the "pit crew" approach.

So the airway main goal is to provide a patent airway or to prevent the patient from imminent vomiting?

both. ETT gets us direct access to the upper airways of the lungs so all our pressure/O2 gets to the lungs without the risk of dilating the stomach and causing vomiting
