I sprayed this on my skin at the mall and 3 hours later it's still projecting like crazy, it's soapy bright citrus, it's incredible. It projects like a winter beast cologne. Definitely worth it.

I would say that Azure was my first of the line and is still one of my favorites despite the hate it gets from the fragcom illuminati. Black Edition helped me understand the concept of a 'barbershoppy' fragrance. Its not a bad fragrance at all. Its just that it didn't wowed me after getting it.

Picked this up off Amazon. Love Bentley house. I also have Absolute, Momentum Intense and Intense. Got to say the Momentum Intense and Intense are my favorites. Black is growing on me now that the weather is warming up. Great review!

I really really like Black Edition! I bought at Burlington when I was looking for Men Intense. I get so many compliments when I wear it. This is one of my everyday scents. I would describe it as Givenchy Gentlemen Only on steroids. Opens very sharp and fresh then changes about 50 mins in, giving it some very nice complexity. Puts out a scent trail 2.5 hours after spraying.

BFM Absolute the clear winner for me. Best bottle colours, best scent, especially in the drydown. Doesn't project, but absolutely reminds me of GPH. Gotta overspray though. Incidentally, if you spray your palm and then crush a couple of dry leaves in it, it smells even better. 🍁

you’re comparing apples to oranges in my opinion, from my research Azure and Black Edition are more casual daytime Spring/Summer warmer weather fragrances while Absolute and Intense are for nighttime cooler weather Fall/Winter fragrances, etc.

Wow 💥. Can't say more. I have Bentley for Men Intense. Black Edition and Absolute. My feel on it is next: Bentley for Men Intense: The most masculine, real badass serious scent. Smoky all the way through the longevity of the scent. Bit leathery and woody. It both lasts and projects like crazy. 10+ hrs on the skin. The drydown smells incredible 💥. The best to feel this is from the clothes, it will separate the notes much better and more clear to the nose. On the skin, i get the smoky bay leaf with geranium mostly. Bentley for Men Black Edition: True, opens quite fresh. Totally contra from what the Black fragrances are in general. To me it smells like a hybrid between the Blue De Chanel, Versace Dylan Blue and a bit of the Acqua Di Gio Profondo. Has the best of all 3 fragrances in one. Simply amazing 👌🏻. Bentley for Men Absolute is dry and woody fragrance. Smells excellent, very mature. Will see how it will do after staying for a few hours.

Just ordered mine today...chomping at the bit for it to arrive next week. Until then, I'll be wearing my favorite..."Bentley - AZURE". The Pineapple-Violet-Tea-Vanilla combination is E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G I have always wanted in a fragrance!!! To think, I used to layer "English Laundry - Oxford Bleu" with "London" and "Violet Musc" to get the same scent...and it wouldn't last nearly as long as AZURE does. I gave away the "Oxford Bleu" and "London" but I'm keeping my "Violet Musc". Bentley - AZURE is just heavenly to me... I can't wait to see what "BLACK" is like though... =D

I've had my eye on this fragrance for quite a while and you helped me to decide if I should pull the trigger or not, and yup, I'm grabbing it soon. Now you did ask which Bentley for men fragrance is my favorite and since I do own For Men, For Men Intense and Absolute and love them all dearly, you're making me make a tough decision! But all things considered.....I gotta go with the original Bentley For Men on this one. It's still quite similar to Intense, but to my nose it's just an easier and more versatile fragrance that also really performs well.

i've only tried the Intense, Absolute and Azure. the notes for Black Ed looked really nice so i'm here.. (: the Intense is too cinnamony for me (i'm allergic to cinnamon so it gives me a headache) and i've liked it the least of the bentleys so far lol.

From "BENTLY" line "For Men" I have four of five, straight up; "AZURE", "INTENSE", "BLACK EDITION" and "ABSOLUTE", and I must admit, excellent value for money! Reason why I have't original "For Men" is just simply, we have better "INTENSE"! Because just before month or two came new edition, "SILVERLAKE", a blue kind scent, I will buy that scent too for spring/summer combination with "AZURE", which is my spring/summer scent for after gym social meeting with my friends. One that I really miss is UK edition, gold one, I belive "ABSOLUTE", some guys sayed that is significant better then ordinary for rest world black, but I can't say anything, just belive them or not. For my taste, just my opinion, "INTENSE" is significantly warmer than "BLACK EDITION", and better for date or late evening party, then "BE" is better for office or bussines launch! Also, "BE" like little higher temperature than "I", because I use them arround 15' celsius temperature and lower. I watch yours YT videos Ash almost all "BENTLY" "For Men" scents videos, but I can't remember I am seen for "ABSOLUTE"?! Can you do some one more, "ABSOLUTE"?!

Absolute. Because it is carbon copy of the best fragrance ever - Gucci pour Homme. I do not understand all the fuss about Intense. In my opinion it is super challenging and unbearable. I know it is considered niche quality and revered by fragcom, but for me it falls into the same category as Encre Noir. I cannot see any occasion when one can confidently pull them off and get complimented by a person from the street. Not someone who watches youtube fragrance videos or who was told that this is how niche is supposed to smell like.

This is a sweet sophisticated fruity scent profile I don't know where people are getting barbershoppy from. Even fragantica describe it as woody violet powdery and sweet. It's a sweet mellow but assertive sophisticated type of scent you can wear and be proud of. Definitely not a deep wowzer type of cologne. It smells the same through each stage. Still a great choice and SHOULD be in everyone's line up.
