I've shot an m82. The recoil isn't that bad my old 30-06 hits harder than the m82 as the mass of the gun the muzzle brake and the spring loaded reciprocating barrel and the rubber butt plate do a lot to the recoil of the gun

Thing is they don't show their full hand. As far as tactical proficiency in the gun fight, airsofters might do alright after adjusting to some things, but I think the gadgets and tools really need to be taken into account. SWAT will just demolish the side of your house or drop C4 on you from a drone instead of dealing with a barricaded and armed individual if they are cleared to do it. To fair well, it would really need to be a larger scale guerilla conflict where there is no homefield advantage for the agency (i.e. complete control of resources outside the local area and intel). Oh you know what I misread your comment. Yeah that would be cool lol.

ive been to that place. in the military i do search and rescue and we did a bunch of rescue scenarios there. its funny because at 3:05 we did a rope rescue scenario at that connex building. so surreal seeing you walk past a bunch of place where for us "a bomb went off and a mass casualty event". also if you notice at 4:22 the V with the circle. we put those signs up during recon to mark victim location, number of victims and their status

It probably happened after and didn’t lead to anything eventful, I’ve never played airsoft before, so take this with a grain of salt, but I imagine they do extensive inspections to make sure nobody brings real guns, so although they were suspicious, they probably checked it and verified it was an airsoft rifle before letting him take it in. They just didn’t like the smoke generator part

How did you manage to get the barrel to be so steady inside of it, and what system did you use (HPA)?
