​@@NathanTWG i noticed that every 1-2 years that a HIGH risk is issued, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 then 2017, 2019 and 2021. The fact that we are getting el nino later this year tells me we may 1 or 2 high risks in 2023. Idk for sure, im still learning about weather and this is just a prediction.
