There is a small indie RPG named 'you are 100 goblins'. Basically every player is a whole tribe of gobbos who get a mission from their evil overlord. For every skillcheck you roll a die and see how many goblins die in the attemt.

Huge congrats Rhi! Edit: If you want a really fun 1 or 2 shot, Mythender RPG is great. The entire idea is that you're demigods running around killing gods and trying to avoid becoming a god. Super fun, and you get to roll like 40 dice in one turn, so that's pretty cool.
