When I looked up the date of the postmark on the Cooperstown First Day Cover envelope, I discovered June 12, 1939 was the official opening ceremony of the actual HOF museum in Cooperstown, and that all 11 living HOF's, including the Babe, were present. So it probably was some kind of genuine commemorative from that event. My first reaction had been that someone had joined the card & FDC at home in modern times; glad to know I was wrong!

Hi Chris… had a fun idea for a video. You often talk about your love of selling low (not no) demand low pop cards. What if you overlayed the demand on East West axis and pop on north south? Gave examples of cards at certain points on the grid. High demand high pop all the way around. Would be cool to hear your thoughts on how to buy sell collect at each point.

Interesting to have Shai and Paulo the top two. Once you mentioned newcomer/s at 1 and 2 I felt sure it was going to be Victor Wembanyama for both spots selling for astronomical amounts. can you avoid being upcharged by having the card graded as authentic instead of numerical grade? honestly idk how any of this works, but since these cards are worth 6 figures in value even saving a 10% upcharge could be worth a ton of cash. or is it maybe bc theyre concerned the card is trimmed or something? i cant understand getting a card graded without wanting a number on it. also id be super nervous if i was about to buy a 109k card and it was graded only authentic. yikes.

Hey Chris in a recent video you were debating on whether you would send a card to BGS or PSA. Have you done a video on why or the the circumstances you would choose one grading service over another. I'm new to this, but it appears that people tend to send vintage cards to BGS while PSA appears to be the standard for post millennium cards.
