I’m 16 and I had the sony 6600 but just bought the sony a7iii but I’ve been watching more videos and what I’ve heard is that the auto focus isn’t to well on that camera. Do you have thoughts on the camera for specifically sports. Also love your videos you’ve helped me so much during the football season🙏🏾

I do follow the ball but I keep my focus point on the players faces.

i just got into basketball photography and idk if i should buy a 24-70 f2.8 or a 70-200 f2.8. ive already tried the 24-70 and its great for offense but anythnig past the volleyball line kinda sucks.

Do you need specific permission to go on the court when they are warming up and on the sides during the game? I have only ever seen people on the baselines.

just be far enough on the sides to where the refs won’t run into you, if you’re doing highschool usually no one cares who’s taking photos. now that’s for basketball and other sports in a gym, for football you need to speak with the athletic director
