Fun fact, in this first movie, that is not Zac Efron's voice. They blend his voice with another singer because his wasn't strong enough. I think of that everytime you mention his voice being good. He gets better for future movies.

The people in this movie don't act like people and it's deeply unsettling. It's like an alien directed the movie based on how it thinks people behave.
