High Speed Design Series - The Engineers' Engineer (Part 1 of 3), RF Focus

Though Nine Dot Connects is known as a Value Added Reseller (VAR), we have been rapidly expanding our capabilities to provide design services in all aspects of the PCB design flow. We have a number of talented individuals who have mastered the field of PCB design, and their stories and experiences embody the engineering spirit that brought each of us into this industry. But more so, they wish to impart their knowledge to the engineering community on topics that many of us wish to tackle and understand.
Starting this month, we will start a 3-part series on High Speed Design concepts.
This webinar will introduce to you Gary Gaddie, a +30 year veteran of the PCB industry. Gary has worked in the military and commercial spaces. He is involved with the IPC and is CID++. Gary keeps abreast of the changes and innovations in the PCB manufacturing and assembly technologies, allowing him to literally "Design for Manufacturing" (DFM). Gary will be discussing the basics of RF concepts in PCB design. Topics will cover practical issues including (but not limited to):
• Antenna placement
• Waveguides
• Via stitching and via spacing
• Antipads

I am glad you found our video useful. We strive to provide our knowledge in electronics through our videos for free. I understand the audio quality isn't great. It was recorded in 2016. The recording platform we use today has gotten better. We provide closed caption so that people can follow along better.
