OK. Usually, with prostitutes, I'd rather see them get help rather than jail time. But if you know that you tested positive for HIV and you still prostitute yourself, that deserves jail/prison time. That's horrible. Even if you make someone wear protection, because that isn't 100% safe. You're knowingly spreading it. At that point, you definitely need to find a different way to make money. It's something, but I'd be pissed if I learned that I had s3x with someone with HIV. (Mostly if I didn't know) Even if I had a condom. I would be able to sympathize wayyy more if they disclosed that they had HIV and used condoms. But obviously, they wouldn't get much business if they did that. For *obvious* reasons.
