Yup, he was totally steaming and taking it out on Daniel. As long as Todd can see her chips, she has no obligation to answer. The worst case scenario is they make her push and the dealer counts it if she insists on not saying anything. Imagine how tedious it would be if you had a table full of people who didnt wanna give tells and made the dealer count out every all in. Shooting some bail to Todd, it is the first season, so the convention wasnt fully ironed out, but i have to assume this is a common practice in pro level high stakes/money games. The "its etiquette not to talk during a hand" bs is so annoying, imagine how boring this show would be if everyone clammed up because the pot was bigger than 50k or whatever.
