Sorry for too many comments but taking vitamin B complex for Abt 2weeks before you hit elevation can increase your red blood cell count or more O2 in your system... I did that back in the day when I was a professional Downhill skier. 😁😎✌️ BTW it seemed to work and did some mountaineering too mostly to ski but I was rarely winded
