Is wrist drop from radial n. lesion different from the presentation of a "water's tip" hand in Upper trunk lesion in Erb Duchenne palsy?

They can look similar because of the positioning of the hand. But remember an isolated radial nerve lesion causes issues with wrist extensors, leading to wrist drop. Whereas in Waiter's tip hand, the positioning is from an extended and internally rotated arm with flexed fingers. The extensor weakness can be similar because of C7 innervation. But the presentation will be much different because of the numerous muscles affected from a lesion to the upper trunk.
