I don't believe he touched the chicken. Wubbys dad was pointing at the fly. If you look at 36:37 you can see the fly in front of the chicken, it's small black dot. I think he pointed at the fly but his finger was in front of the chicken making it look like he touched from wubbys view. Also when they cut to the second camera his hand was way in front of the chicken.

I think I just realize something. Most of the time Wubby is correct but the way he argue his stance just make people don't want to agree with him. The raw chicken thing, He is 100% correct but the way he get so heated and begins to antagonize the viewer who disagree is just....I dont know how to explain it but I think everyone have experienced it before where the person you arguing with begins to loose the argument so they begins to attack other things than the point of the argument. That's Wubby but the different is being in a streamer reading all the message he'll faze out the positive comments or comment that agrees with him. So I think he feels like his back is against the wall so he begins to antagonize the chat. As I keep watching the stream he explains this exactly but then he don’t realized that he did it himself

Ok but Alluux is looking so fine in this one…also I’ve worked in the kitchens at Whole Foods, Torchy’s, Costco, Panda Express, and more. I’ve taken a lot of food safety courses, and yeah wubby is right in theory. He’s right in principal and safety wise. But in reality, those regulations don’t actually mean most kitchens are that careful. I’d wager to say a majority are not.

Wubby making way too big a deal out of barely touching some raw chicken. That being said I refuse to eat food left out at room temp for more than like 20 minutes. my wife leaves her meals "to cool" on the counter sometimes and I can't understand it. My shit goes straight from to pan to the fridge or freezer if there's leftovers.

this room temp bit is way crazier than wubbys raw chicken bit fyi also your wife probably knows that putting hot shit straight into the fridge/freezer raises the fridges temp until it can catch up. thus technically being less safe overall than cooling on the counter then adding it, which would keep the fridge a near stable lower temp. eat what and how you want but don't misunderstand that cooling is an extremely common practice, at least in ohio
