The Band, one of my biggest musical heroes. When I clicked on this video, I expected it to be a weak version of the versions I knew, because that has happened too many times before... But it wasn't. Levon Helm remains one of my musical heroes. Such a legend. I love The Band.

Kids, and Big Kids.........for those of us who grew up in the 70's, we've lost Lennon, Garcia, and now Levon. As there were the Beatles, Dead, Stones, there was a great power called the "Band" and they rocked a place in music that will never be filled again. Levon was Stellar. A very good man has left us!

I appreciate this band they all look like they are enjoying what they are doing, I think that was so important for Levon. His singing and drumming was amazing. It's sad that he wasn't recognized for his talents and skills. Although his town recognized him. I think the band was under a lot of pressure, the stress was just way to much as well we can see only 2 members left. Levon Helm was a great drummer and singer he put his all in.
