im not a friend of japanese jiu jitsu for its very stationary, slow paced and "coreographed" nature - but these throws were really crisp, smooth, with power and speed executed. It was really a pleasure to watch. not only by the head instructor - but also by the students and by almost all of them pulling it of in sparring / randori let alone real life is something different still - but most JJJ schools i saw didnt even get the coreos right! Big thumps up for your school and your teacher! This was a real fine peace of art!

Nice throws and techniques, your students look committed, I've been training and teaching Ju Jitsu for 41 years always something new to learn, sadly covid19 has hit our art pretty badly. Keep up the good work.
