제가 본 최고의 아파트입니다 거실 한강뷰+고속도로(야경)+섬 뷰 조화가 최고! 뒤에 침실쪽 시티뷰도 좋네요 12년되서 오래됬는데 새 아파트같이 인테리어 디자인이 깔끔하고 좋습니다 정말 영상도 꼼꼼하게 잘 촬영하셨고요 돈 있다면 여기를 선택하고 싶네요 ㅎㅎ

요즘 트랜드를 따라 지은 집은 좀 민숭맨숭한 느낌이 있는데 여기는 개성적인게 매력으로 다가오네요 저는 고급자제 특유의 반질거림을 좋아하는데 그게 화면상으로도 보일 정도라 좋으네요 고풍스러운 호텔 느낌이나요 위치도 한강뷰 씨티뷰 다 좋고 뒤쪽으로 올림픽 공원이 가까운 걸로 알아요 부모님이 산책 삼아 운동하러 다니시기도 좋으시겠죠 가격 상승 따지지 않고 살기 좋고 위치 좋아서 고른 집인 듯요

All I could think of, was trying to keep fingerprint smears and dust off those shiny black cabinets, odd metallic medallions and the very dark closets and floors, as well as cleaning those jagged stone walls and the chandelier, and the stone in the bathrooms, " just goin' on & on & on & on (Eh-Oh)" I figure that's a water fall in the dining room? The water would shimmer nicely if lit right and may have a gentle sound , but wouldn't it grow some algae or mold, on the wall and in the bottom stones? Where's the fireplace? Where do they put the shower curtains for a couple of the showers? And which is the master bed room? They all seemed quite small in the video. I thought that one room, right on the other side of the formal living room (noises going both ways?) was supposed to be an office or den (no closet in that room), but it has the nicest river view of all the bed rooms, and is right next to the biggest bath room. The not so very big, walk in closet is in the hallway and the other small bedroom (has a wall closet) in that section has a lousy view. And what was the odd double sink contraption in the utility room behind the kitchen, across from the washer and dryer, where a small upper one poured into the floor one? I've seen another video of another unit, similar kitchen, living room, & general lay-out, but not having the great Han River view. The thing is, that had a spacious balcony, which would be so very nice for Yeontan, if maybe not so private for V, because there were plenty of windows within binocular or telescope range, so that probably was not like his. One other thing I noticed, is that both building units that I saw had wide ledges outside the windows that made me think, 1. nice location for some Kdrama drama, & 2. nice location for a lot of pigeons & droppings.

It’s the paint they used we just have ours done 4 months ago. Ours is done in glossy pearl white like a car ( that’s what my husband and my dad said but it clean and beautiful
