IU already buy 1 building with 4 floors with the land around and 1 Villa 2 floor for her family vacation house. seoul korea is very expensive, since i lived their before. Most houses in houston , texas in america that cost around 300k usd is 10x bigger than kpop idols house. Like taeyang house , my house is definitely bigger than his by a lot but hes way richer than me but thats how seoul korea bigs their houses like high raises and apartments.

I've look at rentals, it is crazy that they are asking $6k for non furnished, non service apartment unit; much higher than fully serviced and furnished and larger apartment in Akasaka of Tokyo. I guess real estate prices in SK is out of control, but maybe her agency paid for her rental.

Different country , different price etcc. a decent luxry apartment penthouse in seoul Korea cost in the millions 2-10 million usd. The size is compare to my house in texas where it cost less than $200,000 usd. Seol korea has no land and is very expensive. A house this big will cost in the upper 10+ million over there and that is not consider a mansion yet. So a 4,000 square feet house in texas will cost from $300,000 - $500,000 but it will cost x4 the price in south korea city. Texas home are much much cheaper than California or new york . Different geographic location different price.
