Imam Hussain was for the whole of mankind and his message should reach all of mankind and brother Ali Fadhil and his team have taken a very brave first step in this direction. Rather than being so judgmental, think what should be our aim in this life! The words are beautiful, so why is it haram? This is an amazing direction people to move in to attract people to islam, rather than sticking to the same old within our communities, this video is an example of people trying to move other people towards Islam, which is our goal at the end of the day, we need to concentrate less on doing everything for ourselves and communities but to show other people the beauty of islam!

Salam alykum - Listening to Alis song and reading your viewing only breaks my heart and reaffirms the need for our Mehdi to come and set the records straight. It also show how diverse peoples views when it comes to drawing he line between halal and haram. It now depends on peoples exposure and interaction with western belives and principle. It is understandable that one wishes to be current and appealing to the new generation which has been exposed to talent shows, but at what cost?
