I can relate to some of the characters, like Katherine where, i have parents that have neglected me, even scott, I've been molested by my cousin before which is why i always feel less of a human, and i can relate to auggie where he fails all his class bc i also failed close to all my classes since I'm in special ed, lastly i can relate to Shelby, all she wants is a hug from someone and i have to, she felt like no one cared about her, that's how i feel a lot of the time. Lastly i can relate to daisy bc I've been verbally abused which explains why I'm a sensitive person, I've been told to stop being so sensitive, and stop being so serious when I'm just expressing how i feel.😢

I really miss this show! AJ Cook looks SO young here! They all do, except Jewel and that's only because I remember her when she was even younger on Space Cases! Am I showing my age or what?! LOL!

Plot Twist: He was promoting his series in the movie. He didn't want to make it obvious, so he asked Ewan to do the favours :) What's interesting is that the movie came in 2005, 5 years after this show had been called off air!

🙋 at first when this tv series came on.I did not think I was going to like it at all however I gave it a chance by the third episode I totally loved Higher Ground. It was like one of my favorite series of all times + I also loved it + I enjoyed watching this & I always look forward to a new episode of Higher Ground. I so totally watched every time it came on television.but then one day I was waiting for it to come on television but it never came on.parently for some reason they cancelled it. I don't know why but I thought it was bullcrap. Have you noticed or is it just me every time that they come up with a fantastic TV series that actually makes sense + and there is no violence or killing in it they actually want to take it off especially if it's a TV series that's going to help these young kids and teenagers. But yet they want to keep all this other garbage on television that doesn't make sense and that has a lot of violence and crime + that's not going to help these young kids are teenagers at all stay out of trouble. You know what I'm saying it's like ridiculous. They had no right to take this off. Like I knew so many people back in those days that were like seriously hooked on drugs and it was because of that TV show Higher Ground a lot of them got off drugs and stayed off the streets and now the gangs. Higher Ground actually helped a lot of young kids and teenagers and other families. But no they just had to take it off the air. And put other garbage on that didn't need to be on television. Anyway I do hope one day they do a reunion for the show. That would be totally great. Also I would definitely would love to see them do a marathon of Higher Ground maybe July 4th something like that that be nice. But I'm not holding my breath. Because they probably wouldn't do something like that.

Well tbh the show kinda got me inspired for drugs not that I've ever done them. But the show always makes me emotional bc I can sympathize for the kids what some of them have been through, also I just wish there were ppl that cared for me as they would for others.😢
