There is a wise saying from Daoism that goes like this, “Why is the ocean greater than all the lakes, rivers and streams? Because it lies lower than them.” Embodying this and lovingly, selflessly, serve one another, and regularly meditate. The very fact that you are curious means you are well on your way.
